I had escaped many amendments were rejected. Then update:

were aside and just: 7.0.12 (Baldassarri - Authority), 7.67 (Baldassarri - Cancellation of Removal), 7.69 (Baldassarri - ISAE President appointed the chairmen of the House and Senate. ISAE also makes economic analysis for the parliament), 7.74 (Baldassarri - ISAE carries out functions only in respect of the parliament), 7.75 (Esposito - MEF and ISTAT).
All other amendments sono stati respinti. Parrebbe quindi forte l'idea di approfittare dell'occasione per realizzare, con i ricercatori ISAE, un gruppo di persone che si occupi, dall'interno o al di fuori del parlamento, di valutazioni delle politiche fiscali.
Le varie ipotesi hanno pro e contro, nonché minori o maggiori possibilità di essere approvati. L'unico emendamento non di maggioranza è quello Morando che, modificando formalmente solo in misura marginale il testo originario, potrebbe avere buone possibilità.
La sensazione è che, una volta transitati per il MEF difficilmente questi rilascerebbe i ricercatori per andare a lavorare al Parlamento.
L'attuazione Morando effective amendment therefore seems rather doubtful.
If only to pass the idea of \u200b\u200breplacing the current wording of the MEF ISTAT 7.60 would be a whole other world.
