Considerazioni:

1. Almeno in prima lettura non sembra esserci stata blindatura estrema;
2. Gli emendamenti che sono stati giudicati inammissibili, come sospettavo, sono quelli che non garantivano quel risparmio minimo di spesa riportato nella relazione tecnica (135 mila euro e rotti);
3. Non riesco a sintetizzare la natura dell’emendamento chiamato “triplo carpiato rovesciato con avvitamento all’indietro” (7.60). 4. The positions of the PDL and the Radicals are not too far away;
